Just like free weights or dumbbells, your ParaBand comes in three different strength levels and colors from lowest resistance to the highest resistance. The thin and flexible ParaHandles at each end can easily be grasped in one hand, thereby providing twice its standard resistance. Furthermore, the tension provided by the resistance band portions of the ParaBand is easily adjustable via a built-in user selectable tension adjustor.

The ParaHandle is specially designed to comfortably and securely fit over your shoes (or bare feet), making it great for working the abductor and adductors (inner thigh and outer thigh) as well as the gluteus maximus (buttocks) and hamstrings (back of leg).

The ParaHandle additionally provides a comfortable and safe handle for gripping by your hands, or if you have grip issues, by merely putting your fist into the ParaHandle, making it great for bicep curls, lateral raises, tricep extensions, bent over rowing and so much more.
